panel aims to discuss the relationship between Ethics, Communication
and Democracy based on the reality of countries in the Global South.
The proposal is based on case studies, bibliographic analysis and
data collection made by academics who have worked in scientific
cooperation actions involving research institutes, professors,
graduate and undergraduate students.
