Use of our online request form ensures the speediest response to your request. To request an inspection/examination copy of a title, complete and submit our ESL/ELT Inspection/Exam Copy Request Form. You must fill out the form completely in order to have your request considered. Requests that do not include complete information may be denied. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of books requested and sent. Please avoid selecting books that have not yet been published.

In order to qualify for an inspection/examination copy, you must have more than 10 students in the designated course for which the book is a required text, you must be the person who decides which text will be used, and you must request the book from the school at which the book would be used. We reserve the right to deny samples for supplemental texts. Please be aware that our professional books, teacher resource materials, teacher's manuals, software, audio and videocassettes, and photocopiable materials are not available for sampling.
Note: If you have already adopted books for your courses, please follow our instructions for obtaining desk copies.
During times of high demand (for fall and winter terms), please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery within the U.S./Canada and 4 to 6 weeks for international delivery. Otherwise, allow 1-2 weeks in the U.S./Canada.

We typically offer 1 desk copy per 10 copies ordered.
If you meet these requirements, you may request a desk copy by mailing it to 839 Greene St., Ann Arbor, MI 48104 or faxing your request to 734-615-1540, on your college/university letterhead or our own desk copy request form. (This form is a modified version of the standard AAP form with our info filled in, provided for you to fill out and send to us.) Forms sent to our distribution center will not be received by us.

Note that unless you specify that you want the teacher's edition/manual, the student book will be sent as a desk copy. Except upon publication of a new edition, you are eligible for the student or the teacher text (not both).
