Individual authors can order hard copies of the issue with a price of USD 130 for 1 copy, 240 for 2 copies, 330 for 3 copies, 1040 per year. The price for institutional order is USD 130 per issue and 1300 per year. Reprints of the paper can be ordered with a price of USD 100 for 20, 180 for 40, 240 for 60, 60 per 20 for 80 or more reprints (without covers).
