Southeast Asian Media Studies Journal: Call for Event Reviews

Southeast Asian Media Studies Journal invites reviews of recent events in Southeast Asia in the domains of Media, Journalism, and Communication, such as conferences, webinars, forums, exhibitions, and festivals, that not only describe an event’s developments but also examine the impacts of the event on academia, pedagogy, practice, and policy.

A review should be around 1,000 words in length and conform to SEAMSA’s guidelines: https://seamsa.org/submission-guidelines/

Deadline: 15 November 2022

Along with your review, please submit:

  1. Title and affiliation of each review author
  2. Email address for correspondence
  3. Biography of each author (50-80 words)

Relevant and very well-written reviews will be considered for inclusion in SEAMSJ issues 4.1 or 4.2, both to be published in December 2022.

Southeast Asian Media Studies Journal is the international, bi-annual, blind peer-reviewed, and open-access scholarly journal of the Southeast Asian Media Studies Association (SEAMSA). The journal is published by Southeast Asian Media Studies Association, distributed by Philippine E-Journals (C&E Publishing), e-ISSN: 2718-9236
