Though I have named this site Dr. Uma Shankar Pandey, I hope not to limit this to just a personal website, but to make this site a useful resource for media and communication students and scholars. I will share updated resources in the field of media and communication studies as frequently as I can. Useful free and open resources are shared here on fields ranging from Data Journalism to free online plagiarism checkers. I will continue adding to this list.
This site provides a searchable database of Faculty members in media and communication studies from different parts of India. I will update this database regularly. My lectures on Media Research, Journalism Studies and Media theory is shared in a convenient gallery layout in the Video Lectures section. The Downloads, Free Internet Resources, Readings and Data Visualization sections are updated regularly. Updated national news is also provided here.
Please write to me at the Contact me section for your suggestions. I will try and bring out more sections in the future. You may try out the USP Quiz — on Media and Communication — here.
