Draft programme online

The detailed draft programme for IAMCR 2018 is now online at https://iamcr.org/conference-app-2018/

If you want to quickly see the sessions of a particular section or working group select it from the list in the drop down box at the top right of the page. To search for a specific author, institution or a word in a title, type the first few letters into the search box at the top of the page.

Please report any errors in names, affiliations or titles of papers to Amely at support2018@iamcr.org. If you have a scheduling problem, contact the heads of your section or working group.

In early June you'll also be able to download an app for Android, iPhone and iPad.

You can access all the accepted abstracts online. The abstract books will be updated a week before the conference with any corrections that have been made and with papers that won't be presented removed.

Regular registration period until 8 June

If you haven't registered yet, please remember that the regular registration period continues until 8 June. Online registration will close a few days later. You will be able to register on-site, but we highly recommend that you do it now. Register online now.

Eugene airport

Eugene's airport is located 20 minutes from the city centre and 25 minutes from the university housing complex. Many of the hotels offer a free shuttle. For information visit the Eugene Cascades and Coast page on local transportation.

The University of Oregon housing doesn't offer a shuttle service. For information on taxis and shuttle services that you can book online before you leave home see this page.

Reminder about Accommodations

If you haven’t booked your lodging yet, it is highly recommended that you do it as soon as you can. University of Oregon Housing is almost at capacity for IAMCR, and reservations will no longer be received after May 31. Eugene is a very busy place in summer and hotels are on high demand in addition to reservations from our conference. Go to this page for more information.

Submit your full paper before 31 May

Full papers submitted by 31 May will be sent to the heads of the sections and working groups (Yes, we are giving you a few extra days). The heads can then share them with panelists, session chairs and discussants or members of the section or working group. Submit them online at https://iamcr.org/submit2018. Papers received after the deadline will be sent to the heads a few days before the conference.
