Getting to Eugene & Local Transportation
Accessible by air, rail and road, Eugene, Oregon, is easy to reach. Major airlines offer direct flights to the Eugene Airport, and Amtrak service connects the area with numerous West Coast destinations.
Air Service
Fly into the Eugene Airport (EUG) directly from ten major cities in the U.S.: Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Oakland, Phoenix-Mesa, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, San Jose, and Seattle. All of these are international airports. Note that Portland International Airport (PDX) is just two hours north of Eugene.
Air service to Eugene is offered by Allegiant Air, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines. These airlines offer multiple direct flights daily to the Eugene Airport (EUG). The airport is only 15 minutes from downtown Eugene and Oregon Wine Country.

Train Service
Amtrak Cascades trains provide service from Los Angeles to British Columbia.
With a station in downtown Eugene and downtown Portland, this is an ideal mode of transportation to and from the Eugene area.

Local Transportation
Lane Transit District (LTD), our award winning public transportation system in Eugene/Springfield, offers service seven days a week. EmX is a dedicated rapid transit line for the bus system, connecting many hotels, convention venues and sports facilities. In addition to the city bus network and taxis, we will offer bike rentals and electric bikes as green options for local transportation.
