Note: All taxi information below is good for booking pick-ups from the train or bus stations if coming by land, except Omni Shuttle which primarily serves the airport.
Eugene's airport is small and easy to navigate. It is located 20 minutes from the city centre, and about 25 minutes to Univerity of Oregon’s Housing complex and to most hotels in the campus district/area.
Most hotels have free shuttle service. Please check directly with your hotel to schedule a pick-up time for your arrival.
The UO Housing doesn’t offer a shuttle service. To book a paying shuttle service or a taxi you can do it by phone or online. It is highly recommended to book in advance.
We are notifying several transport taxi companies about our event, so many may be available at the taxi stands outside across the street exiting from the baggage claim area.

Omni-Shuttle cost US$ 27.50 one way per person, plus $5 for each additional rider going to the same place; this is ideal if traveling together with colleague(s) or family. Riders who are going to campus and the University Inn, Best Western, or Days Inn (near campus on Franklin Blvd.) can be grouped together on the same fare, but other hotels cannot be grouped on the same fare with a campus stop.

Or walk to the Omni Shuttle desk near baggage claim upon arrival, and book your shuttle service there. However, we recommend to book in advance due to the volume of people.

Rides to campus or nearby hotels are an approximate of U.S. $25-30.
Cascade Cab operates 24/7, but highly recommended that riders call at least 24 hours ahead. They need a flight number and contact phone number for text messages. They have no problems with groups of three, as long as they don’t have too much luggage.

Rides with Hybrid Taxi to campus or nearby are U.S. $38 to $42 with a max of four riders per ride. They are available 24/7. They recommend calling in advance to book.

Oregon Taxi is available at the airport 24/7. Rides cost U.S. $25 to $30 to campus or nearby. You can also book online. Riders can get a 20% discount if they call four-eight hours ahead, but they must call at least four hours ahead. It would be best to book ahead as far in advance as possible, that way they can assure that they will have enough capacity.

Rides between the airport and campus or nearby cost about U.S. $30. They can accommodate up to 6 in each van and 4 in each car. They don’t have a stand or wait at the airport, so you must book a reservation by calling ahead or emailing at least 24 hours in advance. With 24 hours in advance reservation, they can offer a 15% discount.
