This privacy policy applies only to the actions of Intellect and you with respect to this and any other Intellect website. It does not extend to any other websites that can be accessed from our websites including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites. These will have their own privacy policies, which may differ from this one.

This service is free of charge for the first request but there may be an administration fee for subsequent requests. We will provide you with the information within one month of your request unless your request is particularly complex, in which case it may take up to a further two months. We will inform you if this is the case.


Rectifying your data

You have the right to have your data rectified if it is incorrect in any way. We will rectify your data within one month of you notifying us, unless your request is particularly complex, in which case it may take up to a further two months. We will inform you if this is the case. We will also notify third parties to whom we have disclosed your data of the rectified data, unless it is impossible or involves disproportionate effort to do so.


Unsubscribing from marketing

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will inform you at the point of collecting your data if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. An example: 

A search engine notifies a publisher that it is delisting search results linking to a news report as a result of a request for erasure from an individual. If the publication of the article is protected by the freedom of expression exemption, then the publisher is not required to erase the article.

We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data collected via our websites.
