The announcement of the 26 travel grants is the first in a series of announcements about awards and prizes that IAMCR will offer in 2016. In the coming weeks, we will announce others, including:

• The IAMCR Prize in Memory of Herbert I. Schiller

• The UCF/IAMCR Urban Communication Research Grant for 2016

• The Climate Communication Research in Action award
