Announcement of the loss of Prof. Josef Kandert
The Institute of Sociological Studies FSV UK regretfully announces the death of Prof. PhDr. Josef KANDERT, CSc. He was at the birth of our faculty and the Department of Sociology, which he also led for a long time.

Student evaluation of teaching in WS 2022/2023 has begun
We ask students to fill in the teaching evaluation for the winter semester 2022/2023. The questionnaire is available at the web address hodnocenifsv.ff.cuni.cz after logging in via CAS. The evaluation questionnaire is available from 15 December 2022 to 2 February 2023.

Employees of the FSV UK Dean's office donated over a hundred gifts to the Open Heart Asylum as part of the Christmas collection.

4EU+ minigrants for 2023
harles University supports research collaboration within the 4EU+ Alliance by so-called mini-grants. Academic staff developing cooperation with colleagues at partner institutions can apply for support in the maximum amount of CZK 300,000. In parallel, a call for 4EU+ student mini-grants is open with a maximum possible amount of funding of CZK 150,000. Application deadline is on 6 January 2023.
